Has anyone experienced what sounds like an interior rattle when going over even the smallest of bumps? It sounds like it is coming from the passenger side, however I’m unable to locate anything that would create such a sound. It sounds as if a piece of plastic hits another piece.

Again, this is all interior.

Got a moonroof? My shade makes a rattle noise if it's retracted, but not when it's closed over.

My passenger seat belt coupler (next to the console) rattled. When not in use I push it forward down between the seat and the console to stop the rattling.

My infotainment screen had a rattle too it. I pinched and squeezed the front and back side of it and it seemed to go away.

When I had it, the passenger front rattled on my BB, near the mirror area, then the driver‘s door started it too.

On the "B" Pillar, there is a plastic slide on the seat belt, move it down....... That was my rattle.

I had a rattle too. Turns out it was the garage door opener I clipped to my visor ?

Hello - I am having this same rattle. It goes away when I push on the infotainment screen and behind it, but comes back. Did you get resolution? I am considering calling the dealer.

I believe the rattle is coming from the two pieces of plastic that comprise the dashboard behind the screen rubbing against each other. If you look you'll see a gap between the two pieces at the line with the color accent. If you lightly push down on the part of the dash behind the screen the rattle goes away. I permanently fixed it on my car by cutting a strip of felt about 18" X 1/2" and using a trim tool to push it into the gap between the two pieces of plastic. If you're careful with the trim tool you can push the felt in far enough that it's not visible, but it will prevent the two pieces of plastic from touching each other.

My brand new 2022 infotainment screen plastic cover rattles. Ford doesn't seem to care. They should be embarrassed they built this thing.

Im having the exact same issue. To me it almost sounds like its coming from the front passenger tire area. The sound I'm hearing seems lower pitched and farther away than anything that would come from the infotainment screen. I have been unable to locate the exact position at this point.

Thought mine was interior on the passenger side for a month. Then I caught the peices of the side view mirror molding rattling against each other. Haven't decided on adhesive or black tape to fix. But that was the source of mine.
