2025 OB rear 110V outlet not fitting adapters

Hello all, I feel like this is probably a stupid question…but has anyone had any issues plugging into the 110V outlet in the rear center console passenger area? I tried multiple adapters but no luck getting anything to fit.

Post a pic of the adaptor you are using
I’ve had no issues with fitment but then the inverter in a badlands is just 400W so don’t use it too often

And I think you have the 100W power inverter in your 1.5L model so the inverter will not provide much power at 110V

That is not an AC outlet. The photo is showing 2 USB-C ports.

Yep. Same in our 2023 Outer Banks. Most standard 110V plugs have a wider male prong too on one site.

I hope the OP did not try to force a 110V plug into his USB-c setup. They most likely would not work if he managed to King Kong it.

That is not an AC outlet. The photo is showing 2 USB-C ports.

Check in the area behind the rear seats. You should see a switch for the LED rear liftgate and you may also find an AC outlet with plastic cover labeled 110V.

If you do not see this, you do not have an onboard inverter.

Easy to make the mistake thinking it's an AC outlet if you don't have anything that charges with a USB-C.

Reminds of a great book we had to read in university.

I think I just need to get glasses…but still…ford could have placed the 2 outlets a little further apart….its the same distance as a plug
