My wife was driving our 21 badlands. She just started to back out of a parking space and heard a loud bang. She said it sounded like a tire blowing out. She got out and checked the tires and for anything under the car, every looked got back in the car and drove away. She noticed that only static was comin from the radio. When she got home I checked it and found only static. I checked AM,FM and Siris, turned the car off and on twice same thing. I also check all of the functions of the entertainment system, everything else worked properly. The next morning I started the car and the radio was working perfectly And has been for 3 days since. Anyone had this happen?

Can you share with us the Build version of SYNC 3.4 you currently have installed?

On ‘21-‘24s, it is easy to find out which Sync 3.4 version is installed:

To find your Sync 3.4 Build Version (do not scan for updates):

Select SETTINGS tab, then
Select GENERAL tab, then
Select ABOUT SYNC tab

It will show the Build Version

Currently the latest is:
SYNC 3, Software Version: 3.4 Build 23188 PRODUCT

The update did complete. Radio appears to be working properly at this time. If anything changes I’ll added to this post. we’ll see. I hate intermittent problems.
