thanks I’ll give it a shot.
  2. New battery!

I haven’t been as fortunate with my local ford dealership, Town Ford. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment using the ford app to have the recall work I check everyday thru the end of July. It appears according to the app there are no appointments available. I guess I’ll have to call. I’m...
  3. The Badlands Oil Change Experience

I didn’t measure the amount. I did see the amount of oil that drained out while lowering the front of the car off the jack stands. I didn’t really care about the amount I just knew it was more than I wan to leave in. I do jack the front end up a decent amount for ease of removing and installing...
  4. The Badlands Oil Change Experience

One thing I can’t figure out is why ford put the drain in the front of the pan. When you jack the front end up a large amount of oil goes to the back of the pan. To drain all the oil you have to either let the front end down or jack the back of the car up. It appears it’s designed for someone...
  5. 2021 Badlands

My 21 badlands has been trouble free except the brake noise. 46k
  6. Radio Mystery

The update did complete. Radio appears to be working properly at this time. If anything changes I’ll added to this post. we’ll see. I hate intermittent problems.
  7. Radio Mystery

Hi i’m currently in the middle of an update. I think I missed the last update. We change WiFi and I didn’t think about updating the BS
  8. Radio Mystery

My wife was driving our 21 badlands. She just started to back out of a parking space and heard a loud bang. She said it sounded like a tire blowing out. She got out and checked the tires and for anything under the car, every looked got back in the car and drove away. She noticed that only static...
  9. Ford Battery Recall - #25S02

What happens if the battery goes bad before ford get replacements? Will they reimburse you?
  10. Oil Changes and Recalls

    It’s like something loosens up.
  11. Oil Changes and Recalls

I have a 2021 Badlands and the rear tires wear on the inside of both tires was so bad I had to replace them at 24k. I rotate the tires every 5k when I do my oil changes. The tire wear was good until it wasn’t. Something happened to get the adjustment out of wack. Got an alignment done...
  12. Alignment issues?

My rears were way out of alignment which caused excessive tire wear and the car to be supper sensitive to grade changes in the road.
  13. Jacking rear of vehicle from hitch receiver mount?

Anyone know why the oil drain plug is at the front of the oil pan and not the rear? There’s plenty of room on the 2.0
  14. Rumor has it there's a TSB out for noisy brakes...

I’m just getting ready to do the same. What pads did you use? Did you change the pins and bushings also? Thanks
  15. rear tires uneven wear?

Did you ever find out what caused the wear problem? I also have a 21 badlands with excessive wear on the outside edge of both rear tires. I rotate my tires every oil change @ 5,000 miles. 23k on the car now Thanks
  16. Does anyone actually pull a trailer

I pull a trailer with a 3passenger Seadoo to a lake about 150 miles away about 3 times a year. My Badlands does even know it’s there
  17. 1st Oil Change on Bronco Sport Badlands -- Thoughts and Things Learned!

One thing I noticed is the oil drain plug is in the front of the pan. When the car is on ramps or jacked up in the front only some of the oil flows to the back of the pan and will not drain. I had to jack the car up, remove the ramps and lower the car to completely drain the oil.
  18. Back brakes growling fix

Wow What a difference in Ford dealerships. Mine didn’t even want to talk to me about the brake noise problem. I’ve been following this problem on the forum and it appears there are quite a few others that have been blown off by their dealerships also. Are the bushings a new design or is ford...
  19. Rumor has it there's a TSB out for noisy brakes...

Do you know what the TSB # is? Thanks
