Received my new 2025 Bronco Sport!

[Area 51]

I got notified by my dealer on Wednesday am/01.15.25 that our 2525 Bronco Sport Badlands came in. We picked it up Friday mid morning /01.17.25 . Color looks like the Area 51 but with the metallic flakes. The big screen is something we will have to get used to. I don’t care for the black rims that are on the Badland. I prefer the 2023 silver rims. The interior is gray on gray, where the 2023 Badland had the Ebony/Roast Leather and trim.

The exterior is 2-tone with the roof being black, along with the door handles. In 2023 They change the Area 51, I believe mid-year, to all one color for the Badlands include the door handles.

I wasn’t happy when I opened the hood and found the Ford stock Battery and not the AGM type. I can see this as a problem down the road.

Oh and they gave the 2”- hitch receiver as standard equipment. Overall I seem satisfied.

Ford stock EFB … that’s a surprise. It may mean Ford has solved all of the charging issues with the ’21-‘24. It is the MPC engine so perhaps that issue with the battery charging is fixed.

Did you notice yet if the rear seat headrests fold down?

Just a quick note: Ford no longer give the owners manual with the Ford Broncos. You have to down load it, and print it if you want a hard copy. I think it is close to 500 pages. or you can read it on-line from the screen in the car. I printed the page for the instructions on lowering and adjusting the rear head rests.

Yes that is in my owners manual as well … just wondering if your ‘25 came with the foldable rear headrests… starting with at least ‘22 models, many do not have the button to be able to fold the rear headrest down

My 22 Badlands didn’t fold so they were removed and are sitting in a storage bin in the basement!

Seeing the 2025s being delivered makes me all the more excited to get my Badlands. Latest tracker info shows estimated delivery between 1/23 and 1/28.

It could be me, but the Badlands interior looks a lot more like Light Space Gray instead of Dark Space Gray. I actually like this, as it gives the interior a bit more contrast, but it doesn’t seem to quite match what Ford shows on their site.

I agree. My Badlands interior is lighter gray than what it looks like on Ford's website. I like it a lot!

Fortunately or unfortunately depending on your expectations, the pictures in Fords on line builder never match reality. I bought mine prior to seeing one in person with the active orange interior looking really bad. In actuality, much more muted and way better looking in person.

Same here, seeing all the people getting there now Sports is getting me excited for mine!! You're lucky your tracker is showing the correct dates!! My tracker been way off base with dates showing mine should have been delivered last Thursday when it was actually two states away, and the dates have not changed since with an update date showing 1-17-25!! Talked to my salesman and he says it will be about 2 more weeks and possibly could be here by the end of January!

I like the Interior and i agree i'm not a Fan of the Black Wheels not sure why these Car Companies use them!!
