Was able to drive the Baby Bronco around some deep snow today for the first time. About a foot or so of unplowed roads and hills. Was a ton of fun! Only thing not stock are the bigger BFG KO2’s I had put on.

The little 1.5L handled all of it pretty easily which was nice to experience first hand. Even the unplowed hills which are pretty steep in my neck of the woods were conquered without issues. I drove some buddies/family to work because they were stuck at their unplowed homes. They were amazed that this little truck could get through this deep of snow.
The best part was getting into some parking lots and ripping it around doing doughnuts! Was able to stay in Normal for the most part but started getting stuck in some deeper spots. Threw it into Slippery and never had another issue.
Really impressed and happy with this little Bronco.

I drove from Nashville to central Illinois. Hitting snow made me so happy as I know the Sport loves to play but damn, ice sucks. I had to stop for the night as we got tired of seeing all the cars and trucks off the roads.

edit: and truck is fine. Ignore that @Mark S. He's a trouble-maker! ;)

We had our first measurable snow fall this morning (about 4") and took the wife to work in the BS. The roads had been plowed once but there was still patches of black ice underneath. We had no problems navigating it and even with the stock Contis the BS BB was maneuverable in and out of traffic. I kept her in normal mode the whole trip!

Yeah that ice will sneak up too when buried underneath the snow!

Best snow vehicle I ever had was an ‘81 Bronco with a 300 inch 6, manual everything, and new Bridgestone winter tires. Not to mention rubber floor mats, so there wasn’t any wet carpet smell.

I bet it was a blast to drive! Rubber floor mats are always a must for me. Easy to clean and can take a good beating.

Encountered whiteout conditions on the 400 here in upstate NY. Snow wasn't deep perse, but slicker than whale poop! Was in normal mode at first, slipped the rig in "slippery mode" and went on my merry way. The only issue I came across was the non Broncos ahead of me crawling creating a jam. I got into the passing lane but kept her under 40 due to the poor visibility. Pretty happy with the rig's performance.
