Okay Cheryl and everyone, here is the post trip update and a picture of the kit we were carrying for reference.

Here are the stats with some real life costs thrown in for good measure, apologies to our US friends for inaccurate conversions but tried my best.

Trip - Winnipeg, Manitoba to Sunshine Cost of British Columbia (Sechelt)

Total Trip 5152.3 km = 3201.5 miles
Fuel used 422.609 Litres = 111.6415 US Gallons
Towing distance 480km = 298.25 miles (trailer weight 1095lbs and approx 350lbs gear on board)
calculated fuel consumption 8.202 L/100km = 28.677 US MPG and 34.439 Imp MPG
Average fuel cost of $1.661 per litre = $0.136/km or $4.54 per US Gallon = $0.158 per mile

I am eager to see if the daily mileage will improve or stay about the same as before once all the gear is out of the BB.

Amazing trip, Amazing trailer, thanks to @droplet_trailer, Pascal and his team! We will be looking to purchase in the very near future! And one picture that does the trip some justice, just for inspiration.

Cheers all!

Thought you might find this work order interesting after bringing it in for the sudden onset of shuddering and rough shifting. Atleast I know I’m not crazy lol. Whether it’s related to the recall I Cannot say and am weary to have a strong opinion on it. But interesting none the less

My 21 Bronco Sport Outerbanks was taken to the dealerships to have recall 24S24. There was nothing wrong with my BS. When I picked my BS up it was shaking, slow pick up, bucking sputting. I Took it back to dealership they said nothing wrong with your BS, they said we put it on the testing machine and nothings wrong. Like I said in my post, they tried to make like I was Krazy. I took my car back again they just let it sit on the lot collecting dust . I showed up at the dealerships because they never me to pick up my car. It was a nightmare trying to get help from the Ford dealership and Ford in Michigan. I took it to another dealership left my BS for a couple days, mind you I had to take a Uber all the way to get home. When BS it was ready I took another Uber home which was farrr. When they called me to pick up my BS they said nothings wrong and the foreman of the dealerships also said maybe you don't know how to drive. When you see my BS with pink and rhinestone inside my BS you know I’m a lady. The comment the foreman told my service person to call me and relay was so belittling and stereo bashing. This time when I picked up my BS the invoice said that nothing was found. When I drove my BS home it was back to the smooth BS that it was before I got the recall 24S24. The foreman said what he said, to cover his butt and Fords recall F. Up. It's funny how they all say the same crap from state to state, there's nothing wrong. I hope this helps you. Don't give up, your not Krazy it's not us. Good blessings with you truck.

"...they said nothings wrong and the foreman of the dealerships also said maybe you don't know how to drive."

There's an example of exactly what not to say. Totally uncalled for, not to mention moronic -- because *how* a person drives would not cause the problem you described. If you have a reason to talk to that idiot again, you might point out that male drivers are more likely to be involved in accidents that cause serious injury or death.

Then they fell back on the classic "they all do that"/"there's nothing wrong." Impressive.

It's experiences like this that reinforce the fact that many/most dealers need more of an 'incentive' to treat customers properly. Like increasing financial penalties and/or lower vehicle allocations -- up to revoking their dealership license.

Dealers represent the mfrs. If they are not treating people properly it reflects poorly on the mfr and has a negative effect on sales volume. That cannot be tolerated.

After the 24S24 recall reprogramming is completed, the car's transmission has to relearn. That is accomplished simply by driving it normally.

In Ford's letter to Dealers, it says on the very last page:

"NOTE: Advise the customer this vehicle is equipped with an adaptive transmission shift strategy which allows the vehicle's computer to learn the transmission's unique parameters and improve shift quality. When the adaptive strategy is reset, the computer will begin a re-learning process.
This re-learning process may result in firmer than normal upshifts and downshifts for several days."
