What did you do TO your Bronco Sport today?

I don't recall specific size, it's no longer on my sport however. It was the one that is attachable to cross bars, so not the one with the vortex legs that attach to the factory rails

Why did you remove it? Looked great! Did it make noise or have other issues?

No it worked great, but I ended up returning it, it's a pretty pricey piece. Some self realization, my long term goal was to get a bronco badlands sasquatch 2 door, which would be my main "adventure" vehicle, the sports more of our commuter. So I realized it was somewhat unnecessary to spend such an amount on a roof rack when I'd probably just be purchasing a roof rack for the 2 door in the future.

I did replace it with a cheaper roof basket from amazon that was like $120 compared to $800

Matte black letters - seller sent 2 sets and application instructions, alcohol wipes, credit card etc. Many colors and patterns offered. Took 45 minutes start to finish including cleaning the letters first.

Tried wet first but not needed - you quickly get good at placing them and you can pull them free to reposition. The in progress photo shows the clear application film on the "N" to peel away after you are happy.

Painted flat black strip across the grill and added Red BRONCO letter overlays.

I came up with the black strip idea before I learned that the Bronco Heritage Limited has a gloss black grill strip and Red FORD lettering across its grill. Really, I did!
I expect that the black strip under the red letters is more dramatic on a sunny day.
After I had masked the grill, I discovered that I did not have any gloss black spray paint, so flat black it is! The gloss black may stand out better.

Looks good. I like how you’ve redded out the entire letter & just didn’t go with the overlays. Not a big fan of that white outline look. Also like your red pinstripes.

These are ABS plastic overlays, rather than flat vinyls. I bought 2 sets, 1 black, 1 red. I used the black ones as temporary masks on the original white letters. After painting the black strip, I removed the black letter overlays and permanently attached the red ones with 3M VHB tape.. The original white letters are intact under the ABS overlays. They could conceivably be restored with some effort (e.g. heat gun. Goo Gone soak).
The red pinstripes are 1/16" dual stripes.

How long have you had the red letters in place? I have a full set of black ones, front & back, for my truck, but waiting for some sustained 80 degree weather to install. Have yours survived your local Delta Sonic car wash yet? ?

I've had the reds on the back about a month; the front, only a few days. No automatic car washes planned.
I'm not too concerned about the letter overlays, but the vinyl pinstriping needs some time and hot weather to set.
With in-channel window visors, automatic car washes are advised against.

Got Beefy back from the dealership after some paint correction (most of the pics don't show much), but also got some OEM rubber seatbacks from a seller on eBay. Brand new, easy install, maybe just a bit of double sided tape and they look amazing.

Looks nice and I have that exact same Trader Joe’s bag in the back of mine?

I swapped out my steelie wheels and road tires for my original alloys and Falkens since I'm headed to Utah in a few weeks. While the wheels were off, I sprayed the felt liners with rubber undercoating. I think it will make them a little more rugged and less likely to absorb water.
