I took a chance with the Rough Country 1-1/2 strut ,spring and shock lift kit , Did the install myself as I have a 9k lift in my home shop, the hardest part of the job for me was getting the 1 inch spacers under the trailing arms on the rear access is tight because the jacking points for the rear are next to the arm pivot points , also had to fab a wrench for the shock nut ,I'm sure ford makes one but I'm pretty handy with a drill and welder , finished up late so test drive will have to wait till Tomorrow.

That version of the RC lift kit has good reviews. It will be of interest to get your review.

Took the Bb out for a test drive this morning, everything seems fine, haven't taken it off road yet maybe later today I'll go down to the lake bed and see how it does in the sand , it's real easy to get stuck at the lake because the ground looks solid but will give way and you'll drop like a rock , I've pull several people out with my TJ last week ,I did get the trailer hitch installed , so I have a recovery point now , I like how the BS,BB looks now .

Not sure why you needed to make a tool for the rear shock. I don’t remember that being especially difficult to remove/replace when I did the Flatout kit.

The nut to remove the shock frome the bracket is countersunk into the bracket and you have to hold the shaft with a 1/4 " wrench. I suppose you could use a pair of visegrips on the shaft below the tower on the old shock but that would be out of the question on the new one.

Finally got the BB Into the ford dealership to have the wheels aligned, looks like all they adjusted was the toe in frt and back , they claimed they adjusted the camber 0.002 , yeah right that's less than the thickness of a piece of paper. Anyway no problems so far with the lift or tires , ride is as smooth as can be , oh and the dealership declined to recalibrate the speedometer for the new tires WTF. Guess I'll have to do it myself.

My dealership also declined to adjust speedo but I found a shop local to me who was able to do it through ForScan pretty easily. They even took it out to drive it around to make sure it was accurate.

That's what I'll probably do , a shop that specializes in 4x4 upgrades & installs should be able to do the speedometer calibration, I have a OBD11 tool with a lot of functions, I'll check it 1st ,might get lucky and be able to reset it with that tool , it was the most complete option available at the o'rileys store at the time.

If you need more info see Post #247 (and other posts) in this threads for the tire size values to use depending on your specific tires of course.

https://www.broncosportforum.com/forum/threads/bronco-forscan-thread.844/page-17

3. Change default parameters for tire size (i.e. when tires are changed out to a different size)

Example ECU settings for:
22565R17: 2202
24565R17: 2232
Bandlands, Falken Wildtrak AT3W (245/65/17) tire circumference: 2354mm (original value 2202)
