Maybe there was a quality control problem with newer models. I have a 2022 BB, and there is already a rubber gasket material that fills the crevice at the top of the windshield.
Good suggestions for a DIY fix on the cabin sound issue.

Mine is a 21 and the gap is significant. I checked a 23 model and it has the gap too. I have a rubber strip in it but it's so far down the windshield you can hardly see it. But, others have said they don't hear a wind noise so maybe it is a QC issue.

I also have a ‘22 BB and already have a rubber material filling the gap. Very weird that something like that is missed on certain cars?

Will it still drain? Take care not to trap dirt and water and eventually cause corrosion.

I would think Ford has a part number if some have the gap covered.

I have one too, it's just very small and tucked in way down.

Water seems to roll right off. It's quite snug in there but could always be periodically cleaned out of needed.

My "21 has gap between roof and windshield and it is very quiet at highway speeds. Mine is factory moonroof.

I've been hearing from people who's cabins are loud, and others, like you, who have no issues. All I can say is this trick worked for me.
