Let's add one more issue to the unresolved ones.
The back up moaning, the noise and shudder when turning etc.
I seem to remember last year this may have popped up but my daughter was driving and it went right away, so didn't get to make a notation of it.
Do I go to dealership so they can say they can't duplicate it? Like all the other issues.
Still waiting for ordered brake pads and fluid, for differential I guess.
Or should I just go get the Bronco wrapped with all issues noted on it?

I just had the "shudder when turning" fixed at my dealer. Change differential fluid and add friction modifier. Shudder and vibration at low-speed turns gone. There is a TSB on this.

They acted like I was nuts when I came right back after oil change and tire rotation. I swore they didn't tighten lug nuts it was so bad.
They couldn't duplicate, but then said they were ordering fluid. Waiting
I think this may have something to do with the back up issue though.

Might be one of these TSBs & there other similar but just with different TSB #s, this is not a complete list and other Bronco Sport models and model years might be affected.

SSM 49571 - 2019-2021 Edge/Nautilus, 2020-2021 Escape/Corsair, 2021 Bronco Sport - AWD - Chatter/Shudder During Low Speed Turning Events

( also see: https://www.broncosportforum.com/forum/threads/‘21-big-bend-rear-end-clunk.8711/ )

Some 2019-2021 Edge/Nautilus, 2020-2021 Escape/Corsair, 2021 Bronco Sport vehicles equipped with all wheel drive (AWD) may exhibit chatter/shudder during low speed turning events due to fluid contamination. Drain and refill the rear drive unit (RDU), refer to Workshop Manual Section (WSM) 205-02. Drive for 8 km (5 miles) in stop and go conditions with right and left turns and re-evaluate. If the issue is still present, continue with WSM diagnostics. For claiming, use base (4000) causal part.
