Sell it and go buy a Dodge Caravan ?
Maybe a Honda or Kia is more his speed. No wait! One of those new Dodge Hornets. I hear they are spiffy and bullet proof.

Yup, Stellantis makes a better mouse trap . . . had a Jeep Grand Cherokee -- sun/moon roof failed in open position TWICE, had a trash bag taped over it to keep rain out while waiting for parts (imagine -- rain in SoCal). Radiator sprung a leak one day after warranty ran out -- dealer refused to fix it until I "ponied up" the full cost of repair of the damned plastic radiator pieces. Never had a Ford that good!

*replaces wiper blade

piece of shit is going back to the factory
You all apparently have a much higher tolerance for poor workmanship / low quality parts than I do. A power window shouldn't break after only rolling it down for the second or third time on a new car.

Snarkiness begets snarkiness. :like: You asked for it. I have 28k on my BL and it's never been back to the dealership. I'll replace it with another in Eruption Green when I have 36-40k on it. I spend a fair time off road in places without cell service, so reliability is important to me.

This was my Badlands the night I brought it home. I still tell everyone who will listen that it is the best vehicle I've ever owned and I will be sticking to all things Bronco from now on. Cars are extremely intricate machines and defective parts do leave the factory sometimes. Much like simply replacing my faulty shift knob, I'm sure they'll replace your window motor and you'll never have an issue with it again.

Like my brother’s new 2023 Ram 3500 diesel that blew an engine at about 5000 miles. Now there’s poor qualify workmanship. I think he would have rather had a power window stuck in the down position.

They replaced it under warranty. Right after they did, he got rid of it.

If the window/quality issues bothers you that much, then right after they fix it, trade it, or sell it. Then buy the brand that has no workmanship or quality issues. If you can find that magical unicorn of a brand.

Don’t waste your time and energy , there are those who can’t see the forest for the trees. He will condemn any and all counter arguments, no matter how will thought out and factual.

"Bulletproof."

I'm sorry you're having an issue with your Bronco Sport. Ford certainly has had it's share of issues lately, and it's handled the supply chain problems worse than most. But this is the first time I've ever heard anyone use the word bulletproof to describe a Dodge/Chrysler product.
LOL You must be fairly young. Ever hear of the Chrysler "Bullet proof" slant 6 ? Chrysler had that engine for 40+ YEARS. People would run it short 3 qts of oil and she'd still just keep motoring. Google it !.

Serious question.

Do you want any suggestions to self resolve this, plan to spend any time at all trying to resolve it, or are you just posting to say "F-it, I'm done"?

Me, I wouldn't even make a service appointment at all. Especially not by phone. I'd drive it right to the dealership and hand the key to the salesperson or the sales manager and tell them to "(please) figure it out, I have places to be". They should take care of you. If they don't, you know what kind of dealer you're working with.

Yes, but these engines were installed in Chrysler cars, which had a nasty habit of falling apart around their engines.

The fact that I made the purchase willingly is what sucks about it. Poor decision on my part.
Stop whining. I have bought brand new cars at over $100k that have had more problems than your window. Sell the thing and quit crying about it on the forum
