My BSBL has arrived at Granger. The Vincent Report is not showing me as eligible for the $1000 cash back for ordering a 2023 which was offered back in July/August. Has anyone been successful in getting Ford to honor that promotion?

Finally got mine yesterday! Originally ordered a Velocity Blue Badlands BS back in August, in September when order banks actually opened that became an Atlas Blue Badlands BS. I placed an order in late July/early August with one dealership but cancelled it in late August and went to another one because the first one was being shady, unresponsive, unhelpful, and downright rude when they weren't dodging my calls/hanging up on me and I could actually talk to them - the second dealership was super responsive and wonderful though!

I know I was starving for information when I ordered mine and the big wait for my first new car began, so I'll share the timeline of events below -

The passenger under dash cover is missing. Asked dealer to add to the "we owe" sheet. No ambient lighting in cup holders...It seems everything is the same as the '22 except added seat memory. I'll update if I discover something else.
