I am happy for ya’ll and excited to see 23’s arriving. Disappointed though since my OBX was “built” 12/9 with estimated delivery 12/24-12/30. But it still hasn’t shipped. Customer service has no additional info. Limping my 10yr old EV sedan around in below 0 temps and 8” of snow making me really anxious for my BS.

My BL has an estimated delivery of January 12-18, but it was built 12/17 and hasn't shipped yet either. My parents ordered an Explorer this summer that showed up at the dealership without ever showing "shipped" on Ford's tracking, so it is possible that it just hasn't updated!

Delivery date for 12/30-1/5 so I will be calling tomorrow to see if it’s passed KC so I know it’s on a truck

Some of you all that have shipped and are waiting can track on the United Road website. Easy to do and told me mine is sitting in Chicago Heights waiting for a pick up to the dealer. Worth a shot if you're chomping at the bit. Can also set up notifications to tell you when it's in transit and delivered. The trucks have tracking so you could, if you wanted, practically be at the dealer and watch it come off the truck.

I’ve just managed to find my vehicle on the United Road site. Seems to say it is in Wilmington, DE (my dealer is 2 hours south of there in the Maryland suburbs of DC). Says “Inactive”, so not sure if it’s there yet or just sitting there or what.

That would be awesome. I keep hoping it’s a glitch of some sort and it has really shipped, but also feel like that’s really wishful thinking. Sigh… trying to be patient and I know it will be here soon relatively. Good luck to you!

It's all misleading. I called Ford one day and they said it was already on the railyard locally and congratulated me. I called the next day and they said it was in OH and apologized. However, it was coming from Mexico! How would it end up in OH? Can't trust them. Then the next day the dealer so, oh no, it's hear on our lot already, come get it.

I'm worried I could be in the same boat. I was told it was in town at the railyard and needed to get the dealer and get prepped, to expect 3-4 days. Today I was at the dealer and a truckload of cars came in, but not mine.. dealer said he expects 3 trucks to come in this week, but he couldn't confirm anything else about my car. He also hopes it comes in this week too of course.

You just need your VIN, and click Register to add your email. Use the temporary password they send you at your email to log in and change to unique password. It took me some clicking around at first to find my vehicle (it was showing me all vehicles being shipped to my dealer, and my vehicle wasn’t there at first).

Darn, the tracker didn't work for me. I put in my vin and it gave me no results (yes I said I wasn't a robot and hit search). I went ahead under the customer portal and tried to set up an account. It said my registration request had been submitted. Nothing else further. I have checked my spam account.
Then I got an email from them that the service is reserved for those who shipped their cars direct, and I would need to get tracking through my dealer.
No huge deal. It would have been fun to see. But I know my dealer wants this car in and too be able to sell it to me too.

That stinks. Sorry about that. I believe someone else in Texas is having the same problem. I don't know enough about the process to make an educated guess. An assumption I have is that your dealership uses a different company-plausible I suppose but I couldn't definitively say. Hopefully you're pleasantly surprised with its arrival in the next couple days.
