Happy New Year to all. So we went to New Mexico for a couple of weeks, went to the little strip mall and when we drove onto the main street the rear left door swung open, I turned back into the next exit and my son got off and closed it and I proceeded to drive onto the main street again, the door swung open again! My son screamed, I turned back in, my son , the one in the front seat, got off and attempted to close the door and it would not latch, I started clicking the lock/unlock on the drivers door and we finally got it to lock. I am pretty upset at this piece of junk, they never fixed it in two visits and now this plus there's a clinking noise under it now. I was not treated well by the manager the times I went in and they kept it too long and wren't very communicative, he was demeaning to me and I told my husband I refuse to take it in and he will have to find the time to do it. To give a little refresher on some of what happened, I picked the Bronco up and turn my signal on to turn right out the Earnhardht Rodeo Ford parking lot, the signal is ticking way too fast. When I took it back the next day (yes I should've gone right back but I was done with them) the manager took a look at it and said that the headlights were disconnected. I asked why, he said he didn't know because they didn't have to lift the hood for anything they had to fix. I said well how do you explain it then it was here for a few days, he said somebody must have it out for me! I asked him if you can open the hood with out the key if the car is locked, he said no, I told him my car is always locked. Anyhow, so done. Yes it is under warrantee, does me no good when the dealer won't fix it and treat you in this manner. I'm a bit upside down on it, how can I get rid of it??
