I was informed by dealership that did the shoddy water pump R&R. It also comes up on Ford Pass. Scheduled with different dealership for manaña along with: Update sync software Campaign #24B47.
FYI:
Approximately 1,868 of the 37,371 recalled Ford vehicles are impacted by a defect in the front windshield wiper motor.
As of July 15, 2024, Ford has identified 81 global warranty reports confirming water intrusion into the wiper motor.
Select 2023-2024 Ford Maverick, 2023 Ford Bronco Sport, and 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E models

I received notice both in Ford Pass and by mail. The letter instructed me to take my BS/BL to the dealership for inspection. If it was found to have the bad WW Motor I would be contacted when to return for repair. However, when I took my BS/BL to the dealership they checked it and said my WW motor had the sealer and was not in need of repair.Anyone get this one yet?

Good for you. I'm hoping for the same.
I reckon the part(bulk shipped) is sent to factory from a 2nd source. Assembled and nobody knows until the first person goes to dealership with unknown issue, gradually working up to a recall. Must have an idea of batch/lot, time and place. ?

I just got done at the Simi Valley California Price Ford. They did the inspection. My car did have the windshield wiper motor seal.
They did a water test to check leaks..
it passed!
