He purchased the rim. The spare doesn’t match.Ahh I see the difference. My spare is not the same wheel as the other 4. It looks like the steel wheel option. Should it have been the same? Or did you purchase a matching wheel for the spare?

I bought the matching wheel and tire to put it into the rotation cycle. Whether or not that makes the most sense, I don’t know but it’s what I did. I don’t get accused of making sense to often!Ahh I see the difference. My spare is not the same wheel as the other 4. It looks like the steel wheel option. Should it have been the same? No problem I understand, some people couldn’t understand why I replaced perfectly good Perrelli‘s (only 600 miles on them) with the Falkens. But hey it’s what I wanted. I’m not sure anyone would blame you for replacing the Pirelli’s. They are ok for a street tire but I don’t consider them an AT. My old Pirelli spare on the steel rim is in the garage attic as a spare for my spare. No problem I understand, some people couldn’t understand why I replaced perfectly good Perrelli‘s (only 600 miles on them) with the Falkens. Yes but after watching a lot of overlanding videos and off roading videos I had a negative thought. Why did you pull off the sand/trail/parking area into the grass? Tread lightly, Leave no trace.Dang, that first pic is a Ford commercial waiting to happen. Looks awesome!
This is what I did, too. I plan a five tire rotation. I also had a tpms put in the spare So it should be recognized once it goes on. I know a lot of people don’t agree with a five tire rotation, but when it’s time for new tires, I don’t want one that has no wear that I need to match. I had a full size spare on my truck and did the same thing.I bought the matching wheel and tire to put it into the rotation cycle. Mine had 8000 on them. It would have been a better price if I had ordered them with the vehicle, but I honesty didn’t see that option. Too intent on other things at the time.No problem I understand, some people couldn’t understand why I replaced perfectly good Perrelli‘s (only 600 miles on them) with the Falkens. When you get to a final version, I would love one. Let me know and what costs would be for creation and mailing/shipping.Jane has a matching spare rim as well. I had the same issue. I designed a new nut but used a printed plastic washer and M10 nut for safety purposes until I find time to print the final version.![]()
Will do.When you get to a final version, I would love one. Let me know and what costs would be for creation and mailing/shipping.
Do you have any left? They’re a traditional vinyl decal. I put a ceramic coating over the ones on the wheels to help with chemicals/UV but time will tell.
I sold a few to another BS owner for $1.50/ea plus the 60cent stamp. I have plenty more.
Yes, I’ll verify tomorrow.Do you have any left?
