Hi all. Here is what I started with for the "other" Bronco forum. VERY quick logo I threw together for fun that suddenly took on a life of its own:

If anyone is interested in a similar Sport version, I made one today in different colors that plays with the ideas y'all were discussing (Sport works in all environments):

I also was messing around with the headlight shape, based on some other comments. I agree, it's a distinctive, cool shape. I tried to come up with a logo, but I am not happy with how far I got and am still working on it. Here's what I have so far:

These are all sticker designs for full color. I can simplify the colors for a one-color vinyl decal if necessary, depending on the design.

Let me know what you think. If this isn't the kind of thing you were looking for, I'm open to suggestions

I really like the direction you're headed with this.. I think the badge version is really close.. Maybe bring in one of the marketing phrases. I'll try to look at their marketing materials and see what the approach is..

Thanks. Good idea on the marketing phrases. The only one I recall seeing repeatedly is "Find Your Wild" but there may be more/better. Now that the official Ford Bronco gear is available in Amazon, it's easier to see what designs to avoid. I also like the idea of the full grille shapes and had planned on playing with that today. Thanks for the input!

I really like that one - only suggestions:
- make the wheels/tires bigger? (and the wheel-wells)
- can the "ground" be made uneven/rough looking?

btw, what part of NM? I'm thinking of moving to Sante Fe in 3-4 years, and what's your thoughts on the FJ compared to the Broncos?

I moved to SF two and a half years ago from Western WA. Wife and I honeymooned here 30 years ago and always wanted to move back. We love it here and, as much as I miss the PacNW's beauty and outdoors options, I don't miss the West Coast population density, prices and growth that have outpaced its infrastructure.

The FJ group in the PacNW is small but really tight. In NM, FJs are everywhere. Surprising given our low population density, but maybe not surprising since Ouray is a stone's throw north and there are tons of off-road opportunities here, from BLM to forest roads. FJ kicks ass in the winter, too, which can be snowy and cold sometimes.

I love, love, love my FJ. Don't plan to give it up unless the Bronco completely knocks the ball outta the park and the cover off the ball. I don't expect Ford to match the Toyota Hino factory's QA standards, but I'm still eager to drive a more spacious vehicle with 21st-century tech in it. As everyone knows, Toyota can build solid stuff but their design and technology are always behind by a decade. I will be very happy with the Bronco if it performs reliably, especially off road and in bad weather, anywhere close to the way the FJ does.
