Finally good it troubleshooted correctly. Wastegate actuator on the turbo was sticking. Unfortunately you have to change the entire turbo assembly. Dealer wanted $4,300 to do the work, I declined and went with another mechanic and got it done for $1600

It's amazing how independent shops can do the same work for so much less. It's almost as if the dealer overcharges or something...

Wait, how are you being charged? My BS has a 5 year 60,000 mile drivetrain warranty and none of them are that old.
