So I called Ford this morning. They said my BS is built and awaiting shipment. They also said they have problems with the tracking website and mine just happens to be one lost in the matrix

I was surprised each time the Ford tracker had up to date info over OrderTrack. I work in technology and some days, gremlins get the best of us. ??‍

I talked with Ford Customer Relations again today and figured why the shop.ford.com website wasn’t giving me order information. I had typed in the VIN incorrectly. Today they said that it was built but the website isn’t showing that.

I haven't checked. I wasn't expecting to see any movement until next week hopefully.

Im in the same boat. My BS OBX still shows in production (even today) but when I called Ford two days ago they said it was built and waiting to be put on a rail car. Would have though the Ford website would have undated by now.

I'm so excited for you! After months of no updates to "In production/built" within a week. Fingers crossed shipping goes well and you get it before the snow.

I know when I called Ford about mine, the lady told me the tracker is always behind or something like that so if you want a good update she told me to call them. I got the exact date on which it’s going to be supposedly built and the time frame of when it’s going to be delivered by calling them.

My question for using the order tracker website that’s not Ford’s, how do you look up modules? I know I clicked on modules and it asked me to put my VIN in but I’ve never used it before and I don’t know if it’ll mess anything up if I do.

The Ford website tracker has shown me “In Production” since last Friday (image 1), but the order track.app site says it’s been 3+ days now (image 2). I click on Modules and there is nothing coherent listed (image 3), so I think I’m still not built yet?

My Badlands is still awaiting shipment. It was built on 8/24. Ford gave me an ETA of 9/15-9/21. We shall see!

Does anyone know if random vehicles are held for additional or enhanced quality control testing? Just curious.

Well the order track app and the Ford tracking app my not be working for my BS at least I’m able to back door track it with the Ford Pass app. Surprised to see 6 miles on the car already.

Still not showing “Built”. When I look at the modules, there is a huge list of BCE modules but nothing under PCM modules. Is this normal? Or did anyone else see this during their build?
