“In production “ should only last for 1-2 days.
I’m also 8/29 build week too, was supposed to be this week until they emailed me at the end of July pushing it back a week. Been checking the tracker like crazy to see if anything has changed.

Still sitting in production after getting invoiced the 18th. But I was scheduled for production this week so not ready to get into “what’s the hold up” mode quite yet.

Ordered and confirmed Badlands on 4/1/22 with 360+, moonroof, premium and tow package.
In July production was assigned for September 19th. Production has been moved UP twice, once to September 12, and yesterday I received an email from Ford that production is scheduled for August 29. Fingers crossed that everything goes smooth.

I have been in production since July 7 and on a chip hold. A bunch from our week are but a lot of people after that week are getting built and shipped. Bummer for us! Hope yours all go much smoother!

How did you find out that you were on a chip hold?
Called Ford and my dealer. Both told me.

I did say "should" but there are exceptions. At this point, I would not want a scheduled build in July given that the chip holds have happened in July the last 2 years. I can't make sense of other BS's being built and shipped with the chips yours is waiting for. I guess it is probably a different department or they might have to hold up the production line to insert a BS with a missing chip (or a group of them). Stalling the whole line would be very costly.

The unfortunate thing is that my dealer rep is apparently not communicating at all (the guy who does the special orders), I'm not getting emails from Ford, and I think that my salesperson must not be with the dealership any longer. If anything does not go smoothly, I won't know about it unless I call the Ford Customer Relations Center every day. At best, I'm going to do that once per week.
I may call again today and confirm I have the VIN correct. It does not seem to be working in the tracker.

I don't expect to see any movement on my ford tracker until next week, based only on the email I received about a build week of 8/29. Excited that we have all seen some movement.

The three amigos. ??? Congratulations Annie! Who knows, we may get lucky. I didn't get an email notifying me I'm in Production, nor is there a date assigned on the tracker.
