Could use some advice. Called the large dealership where I bought my Big Bend from in June 2021 and spoke to a finance person to get a prorated refund for my Ford Premium Care warranty. The woman on the phone told me because I have a loan on the Big Bend, if I refund the warranty now, my refund would be stuck "in limbo." She said it was smarter to request the refund when my Badlands gets here, and that I can ask my hometown dealer to refund it instead of the large dealership I purchased the Big Bend from.

Is she trying to scam me? Does she want me to wait so my refund is smaller? Will a dealership I did not originally purchase the warranty from actually be able to refund it?

Probably until the day of your final ramp date. It's only a day's run from there to Kentucky. Little Wild Boar's Bronco sat there for the better part of a week if I remember correctly.

So, the status changed, still in Madison (I think). First it said TOLS Madison, Illinois and now it says TOLD Madison, Illinois. Any idea what either of those mean?

For anyone still paying attention, I just got off the phone with Ford Customer Relations and they told me my BS is in production now with an estimated delivery date of 19 September.

I got the VIN from them but I can’t get the Ford tracking site to work, maybe it is just acting up right now, as per usual.
