Anyone know the turnaround time once the vehicle arrives and the dealership contacts the customer? No options being installed there, but I’m sure they have things they need to do to prep it.

Probably depends on the dealership, but I'm sure mine will hurry to be done with me...Anyone know the turnaround time once the vehicle arrives and the dealership contacts the customer? No options being installed there, but I’m sure they have things they need to do to prep it.

Which railroad are you getting status fromWoohoo…Railcar made it into Kansas City last night…half way done!
I have a repeat option.. but I always forget what to sayIf there was an option to repeat I'd write it all down so I could slow down the mental processing. Hints from what others have experienced (plus some math) lead me to believe the next train status will be unloaded and released.
I didn't try NS... CSX gives me statusOriginally UP…switched over to Norfolk Southern for that last update…
Did the UP status give location as part of the status? Mine just says "loaded, arrived" and what I thought was a current date/time, but the last call it was 9 June 3:37AM, so that may be an actual arrival time.Originally UP…switched over to Norfolk Southern for that last update…
Yours should be CSX until a handover somewhere near the Mississippi.I didn't try NS... CSX gives me status
You need a proxy serverI wish I had a better interpretation of what my status is. I'd use Ford chat, but I'm at work and the radio button doesn't even show on the webpage. This morning I had the same status, "Loaded, arrived." I hope that means the train arrived to Portland and the autoracks will be unloaded soon.
CSX is East of the MississippiYours should be CSX until a handover somewhere near the Mississippi.
No…UP gives me a destination of “Gateway” Illinois…NS gave me the current location…CSX indicates something about October which must be last years info.Did the UP status give location as part of the status? I agree... I work for a defense contractorI work for the Navy, that ain't gonna happen.
I think the answer depends entirely on the dealership. In our case I knew it was delivered before the dealer reached out. Obsessively checking the Ford tracker a million times a day paid off in that regard. As soon as I had seen the tracker update emailed dealer to arrange pickup.Anyone know the turnaround time once the vehicle arrives and the dealership contacts the customer? I just got off the phone with my dealership.. they said if the truck arrives in the AM .. they can turn it around that day... Otherwise the next day.Anyone know the turnaround time once the vehicle arrives and the dealership contacts the customer?
