UPDATE: I found my car.

I used the chat feature on Ford's site, and the rep gave me the tracking number (same one the dealer gave me) but also gave me the rail. I was using CSX instead of Norfolk.

My car is in Delaware. That's an hour away. So...SOON?!?!

<original post below>
I guess when you call CSX you use the number and initials at the top of your window sticker? (UPDATE: Do I need to get the initials and number from my dealership?)

So—making up a number here: PR D90089—when you say or push in the initials, do I use PR? PRD? Not that at all?

The machine cannot understand P and I can’t punch in PR because they are next to each other on the phone and end up being four 7s.
This is so absurd.
Help?

Good luck, but don't get too excited. When mine was just across the border in Nevada (I could have driven there in @ four hours and picked it up), it took two weeks for it to arrive at my dealer -- but worth the wait!

yup—the frustration is mounting. It went from just 45 minutes north of me to three hours northwest!

I wish I knew the route it was taking to get to me apparently after dropping off all the other cars!

Congratulations! Not sure what that is in the background, but looks like someone stole someone's paint job :crazy:

Ha! My neighbors painted their house last year. It’s actually blue with white and red, but the colors are more colonial.

One of the first things I added to my 23, locking lug nuts. I grew up in Southern California and travel there somewhat regularly. I didn’t want to have to replace expensive wheels. Just a thought. ?
