Is there any way to do this update at home? I've got a '23 BL and have recently had the issues where settings aren't sticking. It constantly reverts back to only giving 2 pages of Sirius presets, instead of the 6 that I had always kept it set at.

You can upgrade to Sync 23188 yourself at home

Exactly…. Cannot trust what the vehicle says about itself by scanning

To find your Sync 3.4 Build Version (do not scan for updates):
Select SETTINGS tab, then
Select GENERAL tab, then
Select ABOUT SYNC tab
It will show the Build Version (latest is 23188 Product).

First step is to manually update to the latest Sync software:

SYNC 3, Software Version: 3.4 Build 23188 PRODUCT (or later version if available)

Follow Fords instructions at this link to download to your own USB Device then install Sync in your vehicle.

Luckily, this issue is relatively easy to fix, though it does require owners to take their vehicles to a dealer, where a software update can be applied to impacted vehicles. This update is being offered at no charge to the customer, and those with an affected model can choose to do so either at a physical dealership, by utilizing mobile service at the location of their choosing, or by taking advantage of Ford’s pick up and delivery service.”

We don't have these issues; but, our Bronco Sport Badlands with Navigation won't sync with Traffic. sirus xm has updated it multiple times..but, traffic wont' sync.

It says its not subscribed even though it is.
