Just took my BSBL to the dealer 10 days ago for a 50,000 mile check up / multipoint inspection. All they found was that I needed my air filters replaced (which I can do myself). Now just over a week later I’ve gotten hit with a barrage of alerts and warnings. Was about to take a cross country trip too - pretty frustrating / suspicious timing, right after the dealer visit! Full list of issues that popped up all at once after starting the car while it was just sitting in a parking lot:
Pre-Collision Assist Not Available
Powertrain Malfunction, Reduced Power
Antilock Brake Fault
Restraints Indicator Lamp Warning
Hill Start Assist Warning
Service Advance Trac
Front Camera Fault, Service Required
Rear Belt Monitor Seevice Required
Fun!

If your Fordpass is connected, message me the VIN. I can see the codes it reported to the cloud and at least provide some helpful info when you take it back to the dealer.

Detroit = Salt Belt = Corrosion

Numerous simultaneous system faults = likely power/ground problem

Look for a loose/rotted out ground

This was very likely a low battery voltage issue. We had this happen on our 2021 recently. It had no other issues other than low battery voltage during crank.

That’s a lot of disassociated faults. I agree with the previous opinions that is probably a power or ground issue. I’d check the battery voltage at rest and then when cranking to see what state it’s in. Any auto parts store can perform a more in depth test for you.

I paid off my bronco sport in March and 2 weeks later I got a check engine light and Ford pass message turbo boost underpower. (odd timing I thought) I took it to the dealer and they put on $557 in parts. A week later the same message. I took it back 4 times, they test drove it each time. The first time I took it in they said it might need a new turbo charger but lets look further. I took it back 4 more times, with pictures printed of the dash message, and the ford pass message, as apparently when they took the car for a drive they couldn't get the light to come on. Here we are, almost September and FINALLY they are putting on a new turbo charger, under warranty with the drive train warranty. Apparently they didn't believe the technology that told them the issue. I"ve spent 9 hours in their waiting area over 5 months. Also they had to replace my battery due to recall and rerun the computer system which wasn't going smooth so I had to wonder if that didn't install properly. In my case when the check engine light came on I instantly had reduced power. I too was going on a trip and they said as long as the light doesn't blink you are ok. lol.... I"d suggest if your dealer don't act on the issue take it to a different Ford dealer.

Posting this because this recently happened to my 2020 Escape with 2.0L engine. I assume the builds are similar. Maybe it was just a coincidence that you recently got the car back fro the dealer. It my case it was a bad control module that is under the driver seat on the Escape. There is a long thread on the issue on the Escape forum. Search for this thread on fordescape.org (Ford 2013+ Escape Forum): Got an error message "AWD Fault Service required" on my 2020 Ford Escape. Apparently from reading the thread sometimes the issue was resolved by fixing the ground wire at the module.

Long story.
Early on with my 21 Badland before the battery issues started to become more common with the Bronco Sports I've had the dash light up like a Chritmas tree once with all the warnings going off while driving and then stalling out in the middle of a busy boulevard. After that incident I removed the cables from battery posts, cleaned the posts and cable terminals then reseated the the cables to the battery posts and torqued the connections. I did not have the Christmas tree dash and stalling issue ever happen again. The original battery which was a standard lead acid type was starting to prove untrust worthy over time with random no start episodes and the auto start stop not functioning and the message auto start stop not available due to vehicle charging.
I had Ford replace the battery under warranty, it took 3 visits before they did the replacement but they did install a Motorcraft AGM and I had not had any electrical problems since until last summer when the 4WD module went out, it also caused a number of warnings that would cycle on the dash display. The module was replaced in a good will gesture from Ford, so it's been another year without electrical issues.
