Recently saw a surprisingly good selection of automotive tools at Lowe's when I was there for impact sockets. They had a trim tool set.

I think that Mark posted the best info with that video, but this post in the thread shows how much has to be disassembled to get there.Found it and the dental floss idea sound like it could work. Failing that, I will likely bite the bullet and go to a dealer. We have a warranty since it is a Ford Certified used vehicle, so that should cover it, one hopes. Trivial, but irritating.
