I used to do that, but now that it's been over a year I prefer to actually get it clean and run it through the brown bear tunnel. Of course I spend a bit of time afterward wiping down any standing water to avoid spots.Mine goes through the car wash every week or two. That said, I only use Laser wash touchless. There are no brushes to swirl the paint. There are no flappy swinging pieces to beat the heck out of my paint. The water and soap are sprayed at the vehicle and rinsed the same way. My bad back and hip greatly appreciate it.
Side note: I'm fairly sure we passed a few days ago on Bond. That really awkward movement inside my Bronco was me waving, not me be being attacked by bees.
