What does that mean?

Is it the center screen or the screen in front of the driver?

There is a recall for the screen in front of the driver.

The instrument cluster recall is an OTA fix.

Ford sent letters out in December.

I was originally told that I had to take it in for the OTA update, but it appears to have been resolved via wifi overnight. I don't have any recalls anymore. '25 OBX.

There are 3 options to get the intermittent black instrument cluster recall resolved.
1. Take vehicle to Ford dealer and have the dealer load the update.
2..Have Ford mobile service come to you and load the update.
3. Wait for the OTA update to come to you.
