I'm new to the forum, I was asked to reply to a message privately. Been looking for a way to do this but haven't discovered. If there is a way, how can I do this.

Welcome Ron! If you want to reply to a message privately (in your case to member @Ford Motor Company), click on their name and then select the "Start Conversation" button. You can then compose your reply to them privately. @Dude outlined the process in your original post on your taillight issue. Cheers!
