Good afternoon all! Sorry to be late the the "rattle party"! I have a 23 OBX with 9k miles. I too have interior rattling on both sides. Here is what I found: The inside door panel reflectors, rattle slightly for me. I don't notice the rattling when driving with the stereo off necessarily; however, depending upon the music being played (especially anything with bass), the panels rattle on both sides. The reflectors on BOTH sides are loose enough that certain types of music will make them rattle. I am not sure of the fix, but it would be nice if Ford could provide a fix! (Silicone maybe?)

One of my main go-to's for fixing rattling is 3m vhb tape, or silicone

How did you get them to look that deeply into it?? Both times they said they couldn’t hear anything and gave it back to me.
I coupled it with the TSB for the brake moaning, so they had to do that first. I told them I've been hearing the noise since I bought it. Luckily, it made the noise for them and they couldn't find it the first day, so they said they needed to keep it. Didn't know if was going to be almost 3 weeks. Long story short, I picked it back up from them this past Thursday. They went as far as to ask Ford Engineers if they were missing anything that they did and Ford told them that it's "normal". They said they test drove 4 other Bronco Sports in their inventory and said all of them made the sound. As of Thursday, I can still hear it at 30mph, but it doesn't get as loud anymore and basically goes away around 45mph. So, they did something. But, the "it's normal" response from Ford Engineers will get too old for all of these issues everyone is having. That's poor quality builds, if you ask me.

Yes, rattling noise started ~2 months ago in my '22 Big Bend. It's on the passenger side of the car, sometimes seems like it is around the front door, sometimes seems like it is near the back hatch. The rattle usually starts when you hit ~40mph, then it rattles like an old vehicle that has been in an accident. It's very annoying. I have done lots of trouble shooting to no avail. At first I thought it was the wheel well liner and undercarriage liner. I've checked those out, nothing loose or missing. I also thought the rattle might be from the spare tire storage area and the position of the cover in relation to the side walls of the cargo area. Nope, everything securely aligned there. I have checked the the glove box, nothing loose or rattling around. I have adjusted the seat belts , no rattle from seat belt or seat belt height adjuster. I even checked all the plastic moulding around the wheel wells and lower edges of the vehicle to make sure they were secure. I can't figure out what the rattling noise is, but it certainly is extremely annoying! This shouldn't be happening on a vehicle that is less than 2 yrs old with 32K miles.
This is exactly what has started with my '21 OB a few days ago out of nowhere. Starts around 35-40mph and is much worse when it's windy. Yesterday it was very windy and the rattle was louder and more frequent leading me to believe it's exterior or vent related somehow. I checked everything on top and the sides/back and all tight. Did not check underneath yet.

I see another poster talked about the emergency brake TSB, so I'll have to have my dealer check that at my upcoming oil change. The rattle sounds deep tinny or metallic, so hopefully that is it.

@Lauren you might want to look at this thread. It will give you some resources for removing the door panels and then solidifying all the little clips that are pretty much designed to rattle. It also covers replacing speakers, which I would recommend while you are there, but you don’t have to.

Update: Two weeks ago, I took the car to the local dealership. Rep drove the car as I sat in the front passenger seat. He verified the rattle noise seems to be coming from the passenger side around the lower aspect of the door. Appt made for technician to assess the problem.
Rattle occurs just about every time I drive the car. As what seems to be par for the course, when I took it in for an appt this week, I didn't hear the rattle. Service advisor and technician have driven the car each day for four days. Service advisor called at the end of the day today, reporting that they isolated the source of the rattle - a loose screw on the Ford OEM crossbars. He said the screw and screw hole threads are stripped and can't be fixed. I installed the crossbars 1 month after purchasing the vehicle. Since it was not factory or dealer installed, it can not be covered under warranty. I asked him to fix it anyway and I would pay for it. Rep stated that they can't fix it because neither Ford nor their dealership installed it. That sounds like a cop out!
This seems like a FORD Motor Company engineering and design flaw if Ford parts fail within 2 yrs of manufacturer date.
I'm going to pick up my car tomorrow. I'll remove the crossbars and assess for any other rattle noises. If there are, I'll bring it back to the dealership for another round of noise/rattle diagnosis.

Hello,
I just wanted to give an update.
After going to my third dealer (where I originally bought the car) I have had some success with getting rid of the rattle. they were able to replace the plastic part where the button is to roll down the window on the two rear doors and "adjusted" the two in the front- even though they said they were replacing all 4. I ask how they adjusted it and the service guy said he didn't know. But, the back two were warped and were able to replaced. I mostly had issues with my front two so it's kind of a solution. I think the front driver is still the worse and I hear a minor rattle but not as bad. I wish I knew how they adjusted it so I can do it in the future. Getting an appointment and taking it in was such a long process and the overall customer service and communication was horrible.

Hate to necro this thread, especially for my first post here, but I just took ownership of a '25 BS BB with 14 miles on it yesterday, and when I was driving to work and had my arm on the armrest, I kept hearing a rattling noise. I noticed it when my arm wasn't on the armrest and was making right turns. So, it appears this is still a thing on the 2025 models. I'll call my sales guy tomorrow and see what they can do. If I push anywhere on the driver or passenger door, they crackle and creak.

Welcome to the forum! I have (had) a couple of rattles in the A pillar and passenger door that the dealer told me they did get out. The dealer still has the car for other issues so not sure yet. When I purchased mine it was pretty much rattle free with an occasional creak here and there until the temperatures got hotter and the rattles appeared. The dealer gave me a brand new 25 BS as a loaner that had a similar rattle in the A pillar on the driver side so right in front of me that is very annoying. For me Ford does not have a great track record with rattles. I have had several Escape and Bronco Sport loaners from the dealer in the recent years and for the most part there has been rattles in each of them. These loaners are current model year low mileage vehicles.

It looks like you are new to the forum but if you dig into previous posts in the forum I think you will find rattles come up often.

Rattles can be very annoying. They are for me. I wish you luck with the dealer finding your rattle quickly.
