How do I find the Ford rep for Bloomington, Indiana? I am tired of going to my local dealer with an appointment to resolve the rear brake noise issue with the TSB that indicates a fix and my dealer saying he can't duplicate the noise. It happens every time the vehicle is parked (even for a short period of time) and then backed up. Today I had schedule the appointment to address this and when I showed up he thought I was there for the overflow recall which I was not. Then he told me if he looked at the brakes and couldn't duplicate it I would pay for a brake inspection. I really need some help from higher up to address this issue. Either that or I have to drive 20 miles to another dealership.
