Recall 24B47 fixed some sync3 issues !!

Most important to me was the trouble it had with the older ipods. It now plays these devices trouble free ... So far !!
Also ... Seems to handle iPhone apps better with carplay ... It's able to pick it up when it's connected, even when the car is running. Still has to use a cable but everything appears to work as advertised now. Waze seems more responsive for sure. And Pandora too. Just an FYI !!

Customer Satisfaction Program 24B47 which is not a Recall does not apply to all Bronco Sports - most likely your vehicle was on an older buggy version of Sync (like SYNC 3.4 22251) and via CSP 24B47 is now on the current version SYNC 3.4 23188.

But whatever the cause, it’s great that CSP 24B47 has fixed many issues you were having.

I'm not sure ... 2023 Heritage Limited, so. We had one blacked out display a few weeks after we picked it up in June 2023. Dealer found nothing but reset the system and it hasn't happened since.

I also have a 2023 Big Bend and brought it in for the Sync update. The uodate took most of a day. They had an issue with my key and seemed to wipe out my key connection to the car. I had to drive 45 minutes to drop off my spare key so they could finish the update. The update worked for a few weeks and I am now back to resetting the screen constantly. The display gets stuck in the mode of showing the rear view cam and sometimes just goes black. Very frustrating.

My build is 3.4. 22251. I also noticed that my wifi is again disconnecting and I have to reconnect the system to my wifi.

My '23 OBX came with 3-4-23188 and it works perfectly. However, I had all kinds of problems with my wife's '20 Ecosport. After about 1 year of trying to fix the problem, I took her Ecosport to the dealer where I bought my OBX. They solved all my problems by installing 3-4-23188 in that also. Now both my vehicles have the latest version of Sync.

I did the upload via USB and my screen seems fine and my wifi is staying connected. Thank you for the direction!!! I can't believe I have been dealing with this for months...
