When I get upto highway speed the powertrain shows that the rear unit is still engaged and sending power to one of the rear wheels. I thought it should disengage at that speed, especially when letting off the gas to stop accelerating. And I'm not sure why one wheel. I'm not getting any errors.

You have electronic all wheel drive.

What were the road conditions?
It was dry highway last fall. I had the traction control off because I was on gravel back roads before that.

The only speed limit I have is 80mph when the diffs locked on Sasquatch. I have only had to use that mode twice.
So it will let you lock the diff at that speed? That's cool.
I thought the AWD automatically disengages at high speed. I'm just assuming it's not meant to spin at that speed but I just recently got my Badlands so I'm not familiar with the AWD drivetrain and programming
