Rain sensing wipers? Heated Mirrors?

Hello New to the forum and excited about our recent purchase. Reading about the sport I’ve seen that the outer banks trim has rain sensing wipers. Then it says the badlands has all features of outer banks plus.... the list goes on. It is not listed and I’ve read nothing in any review about them. Also would the Badlands be equipped with heated mirrors. The vehicle has the Badlands package which includes some extra goodies but it isn’t listed their either. Any info would be appropriated

Heated mirrors are standard on all trims except base. There's no separate control for them though, they just come on with the rear window defroster.

Based on this chart, rain-sensing wipers appear to be standard on OBX, Badlands, and First Edition. Edit: misread the chart, sorry.

Thanks. That is the chart I saw but I have yet to see them work or hear anything about them. Thanks. Didn’t know the mirrors turned on with rear defrost

Badlands standard equipment is "all Big Bend standard equipment plus".

Rain sensing wipers are standard on and only on Outer Banks.

Rain sensing wipers are only on the outer banks. That chart says that as well.

I was initially confused about how the Badlands had rain sensing wipers when the Outer Banks is the only one that they are available on. Then I looked at the profile of the YouTube account and saw that he is in Canada and they are standard on all trims in Canada. Perhaps they are mandatory there? That said, the Ford of Canada site doesn't show rear rain sensing wipers either. Perhaps it happened to go at the same time as the front ones and he thought they were rain sensing?

There has been a lot of stuff that was initially said to be in certain trims but then turned out not to be. Don’t take too much stock in any of the early material. Like some others have said, I am pretty sure the OB is the only one with the rain sensing wipers. Any video you see with other trims having it was probably preproduction.

Hope you're right, I'd prefer not to have them or lacking that be able to disable them. I would like the wiper heaters though.
Now if I could get the BL+BL without the sun roof I'd be really happy.

So I found in the book about the wipers. Badlands definitely has them. Pretty cool feature. Mine were not turned on that’s why they didn’t work ?

2022 that will be a doable,no sun roof.Read that here on forum .

Any info on that would be greatly appreciated. I did a sun roof search on the forum without any luck.

Ford just added the ability to add big bend package without moonroof. I’m sure if they did the same with badlands as well.

Nope I was wrong. A non feature for badlands. That sucks with the wipers. Oh well not a deal breaker for me still love this thing
