Just looked at Build and Price on Ford.Com. If I'm reading correctly, MSRP for Big Bend, an increase of $1,000 ($29,995 to $30,995). Convenience Package $100 increase ($1,595 to $1,695).

Just looked at Build and Price on Ford.Com. If I'm reading correctly, MSRP for Big Bend, an increase of $1,000 ($29,995 to $30,995). Convenience Package $100 increase ($1,595 to $1,695).

The convenience package went up to $1795 in 23 i argued and got 1595.00 at that time the package had the built in door numbers. . I think now it’s dealer installed with a tape on box nowhere near as nice.

Various news reports are providing some details regarding Ford’s tentative planning …

“Ford is considering raising prices on some vehicles, potentially starting in June, due to tariffs on auto imports. The company has informed dealers that the costs of tariffs, particularly on imported parts, are likely to be passed on to consumers. However, Ford is also waiting to see how its competitors will respond to the tariffs before making a final decision.”

After June the vehicle coming in from Mexico plant will have a tariff fee. That will increase your vehicle price. I think Trump dropped the ball on this whole deal.

Yep on movies made outside the US but not sure exactly how that would be implemented. It is stated the reason is for better protection of the American movie industry.

Nobody is getting fooled. That quote is from Ford CEO Jim Farley and it makes sense it’s going to take some time to see exactly how and when there will be changes in pricing.

Standard FMC modus operandi. There is usually a small quarterly price increase. I noticed this when I looked at BS and ordered one in Dec '21. Three months later, ordering prices were higher. Current tariff issues are just masking routine FMC policies.

Ford and other US automakers are free to dig their own graves. They’re actually quite good at it.

I was at my local Ford dealership looking at some of the new cars in the showroom. A $90K Expedition full of cheap, hard, creaky materials. It even had a misaligned door. The Explorer was just as bad.
