Hi everyone newbie here. My Badlands is soon to arrive. My question
to all is : Has anyone installed a aftermarket Liftgate control system ?
Are you going to and if so which kit would you buy ?

emerald struts has power options but not sure they make ones specific for the sport yet. maybe something else they have would fit the strut length.

i have the non electric struts for the ST. so the idea is when you push the hatch release button on the fob twice it usually just unlocks the hatch like the sport fob does pre 22' or 23', but then the springs do the work and your hatch opens automatically. they are a little harder to close even after being installed for like 2 years. as in my wife would have a hard time. so i too would only install if electric was available. also i compared the OE focus struts to the sports and i think the ones on the focus were a bit shorter. i can double check though. still have them around.
