Is that leading edge supposed to peek out like that a little bit while on or is mine defective? I thought maybe it was a little reminder that the wipers were on or something but it seems unnecessary. It also seems like it could wipe a tiny fraction of the window more if it went all the way back down. It retracts fully upon turning the wipers off and sits like it should.

My wiper blade didn't start doing that until I had them replaced.

Interesting…. It sure doesnt look like it’s supposed to be that way but our blades are from the factory.

My Sport worked that way. Up slightly when on. Down when off.
On the Maverick the passenger side normally sticks up all the time, even when off. Ford got lazy.

I had the windshield replace and noticed the pax side is up a lot farther than it was before. Does any know how to take the whole arm off?

I believe if you have the rain sensing wipers and that feature is turned on then the wipers will remain in the slightly elevated position.

It's only on the passenger side. They were normal when I had the windshield replaced.
