Order tracker down?

Hmmm. Starting to get worried, had a build week of 12/6, got my window sticker and an in production status, but no build date before the tracker went down. Been checking the FordPass app, no movement there, and the ETIS system only shows basic information for my car, no comp testing results that people who've been built have got.

Hope its just the system is down and not another existential delay.

I used the Ford chat a few minutes ago and they were able to tell me my primary status. If you want the secondary status or your window sticker, you should just ask your dealer directly.

Not working for me either! I've been refreshing all morning since my production date is this week and I want to see my window sticker!

Tracker is back up and working for me now — no changes to my vehicle status yet. For those asking, I was able to get my window sticker even when the tracker was down by using this link (put your VIN number at the end of the link):

Anyone know what the date at the bottom of the window sticker means? Mine changed from 12/4 to 12/13.

EDIT: Also just noticed that I don't have a blend date yet, which I assume means she ain't been built

I don’t think anyone on here has gotten a blend date. They’ve definitely shipped without them.

Nobody has blend dates on their window stickers. So no need to worry about that.

It seems like the date on the bottom of the sticker has something to do with the date that the sticker is refreshed/updated.

I believe it just means the last time your sticker has been updated.

The date at the bottom of my window sticker has bounced around. It was 12/4 then 12/8 then back to 12/4 and now it is 12/11. So I'm not sure what to think about it any more!

I have been marked in Production since December 3rd I believe (I'm losing track of days ) but no actual date in that column yet. And no email from Ford with any updates on dates since the Production date move from 11/29 to 12/6.

If I click on “view window sticker” on the tracker it comes up as unavailable. But if I enter the URL manually I can view it. Weird.

It is usually the last time something was updated. Could be anything from the initial invoice to it going to production to just about anything. Technically most have found it a worthless date to track as it has too many unknown variables.

Mine went into production same day as yours. Check ETIS to see if your ECUS are up and checked. ETIS showed all my ECUS up and checked on the 10th which is an indication it is built and coming off the line. And a date finally appeared under the in production yesterday which was the date for last Friday! LOL

I have gotten no emails from FMC so I am using ETIS and the tracker. I figure I will call the dealer in a couple days to see if it shipped and get the rail car# and then start tracking it that way.
