Wondering if country allotments matter too. Wonder if Canada and USA have different wait times.

Just placed an order today for a Badlands Edition fully loaded. My dealer estimated 6-8 months. Hoping its sooner then that, but at least I could place an order for one. The Ford Maverick is still off the table for new orders, at least when I tried it last week. Super excited after test driving one today.

Thanks for sharing. Mine was also 19, and I also saw that was the lowest we'd get as custom orders. The dealer inventory/stock orders have lower codes than us (20-40 I think is what I learned on another forum), so at least we're slightly better off there. Yeah, I won't drive myself crazy trying to figure it out, I'll just drive myself crazy actually waiting to get it. You must also have a high priority dealership, which I've gathered Ford prioritizes some over others, but perhaps that's reflected in the priority code... IDK. My BS will be the Big Bend, but it's gonna have the convenience package (the BB version of OB's tech package), moonroof, tow pkg, and 360+, just about as fully loaded as the BB's can come. The only "tech-y" options I didn't order was the remote start or the engine block heater. And from I've read (like you, a lot on here haha), the things I picked could really slow it down. I think the moonroof and the 360+ will be the really big kickers. I really wanted the navigation with the 360+, and figured the adaptive cruise control would be a nice feature as well. I don't think mine will be ready anytime soon. I'm thinking it will be at least until June - July. I'm trying to be conservative mostly so that if it happens to be ready in May or April, I'll be happy! Hopefully it won't be longer than mid-summer. Time will tell. My eyes are practically glued to my email and phone waiting for a VIN and production schedule...
The dealer we bought it from is fairly small, so I don’t think they have much priority from Ford. But again, who knows. They told me 4-5 months, but it looks like it’ll be less. I’m like you though, I’m over compensating timeframe in my mind so that I won’t be disappointed.

Ordered a '22 Badlands fully loaded (360+, tow package, premium package) on December 21st. Got accepted by Ford a week later. Changed to scheduled for production last week with an estimated build date of late April. Fits with the timeline I was told probably a late May - June delivery.

Nobody knows because of the chip shortages. Ordered 9/29. ETA on delivery is 5/14 as of now.

Entirely possible. I ordered 11/6 & still nothing. My code was 19 as well. But what I think of as a fairly large dealer within a greater dealership conglomerate here (with multiple Ford stores) is still probably pretty small potatoes compared to larger groups in the US.

My order date for my BS OB was 12/7. Originally build week was 2/21. Has moved twice and the last email I got about a month ago says it is now 3/7

That's is crazy! 7 Months and going just about for you. I'm so excited to get mine, but I'm already dreading checking my email everyday for a status update haha. ?

It's insane. The original ETA at the dealer was 2/9, but when it got stuck in production for 5-6 weeks, I knew something was wrong

Even stranger is that some people have already ordered their BL Edition full equip packages and got theirs in like 3 months. As some, such as yourself are still waiting. It's as if some dealers just have way better priority levels then others.

They 100% do have better allocations than others. I thought I chose wisely when I ordered my BL 12/2 from what I thought was a largish dealership, but have yet to hear anything. I went ahead and bought off the lot from a bigger dealership an hour away. I haven't canceled the order though . . . really interested in seeing if I get an email today.

Wish there was a way to determine what priority level a dealership is. I don't necessarily want to go around to all my Ford Dealers around to see which one comes first, but does suck that there are more priorities then others, and not a first come first serve basis.

Wow. I wish I could figure out the rhyme and reason (although I’m sure that’s what we all wish). We ordered BS OB on 01/10 (not with 360+, but tech and tow), original production was 02/21, moved to 02/28. So far, nothing has changed but I know it’s likely to change between now and 02/28. Crossing fingers though.
