I wish the Bronco had a manual!
If the Bronco or the Maverick had a manual transmission my daughter would have bought a new one instead of a 2017 Ford Fiesta. I was able to convince her not to get a Mini-Cooper...thank god!

Mini Cooper! Such a girls car... My oldest daughter wanted a VW Beetle so, I bought one for her... what a pile of $#@# that was as well - huge mistake. Now she is driving my old 2004 Jag XJ8 - yep that is a Ford and a great car. The XJ8 was in perfect condition when I gave it to her last year...

Hi All,
Just joined! Its great to be here and look forward to interacting with all of you. I have an Oxford White '23 Outer Banks with the Black Diamond package. Purchased back in December of '23. It is lifted with a SST 1.5" Lift Package and I am running Falken Wildpeak AT Trail 245/65 R17s.

I live in Glendale, AZ which is about 15 miles from the planet Mercury so, I experience heat issues that would kill most N/A engines let alone a turbo. I do have the ability to adjust my fuel octane at race gas location not far from me in Scottsdale. However, most of the time I just run the Costco special 91 octane (Who knows what it really is!) "superior" grade gas. Running 87 Octane before the temps exceeded 90 worked great, at 91 degrees It was like driving a 1.0L without a turbo and gas mileage dropped to 20MPG from 25MPG.

The baby Bronc is my daily grocery getter and occasional local off road fishing buddy hauler. Most of my mod money is spent on my other Ford and parts are often hauled in the back of the Bronco.

My experience to date has been very positive, except for temps above 91, and I believe this is the best SUV/Off Roader / Crossover shaped like a brick. It is the best looking Brick on the market!

The "Coffee" Roast Interior sold me (pick from when I purchased) along with the Black Diamond Package with "Steelie" wheels.
