I took delivery of mine on 3/22/25 (ordered in January!), love the improvements over my '22 Badlands! 245/65's on new wheels.
I ordered mine in mid-December, and it’s not even scheduled for production until the week of 6/23. Still no clue as to why it was delayed so much. My order was even set to Priority 3 by the regional manager (customer orders are in the 10-19 range).

I traded in my new 2025 Big Ben with 2,350 miles today for a New 2025 BadLands Sasquatch with all the options minus the cargo MNGT system and I only lost $950 in 9 weeks from what they offered me for my trade. It had just arrived and was parked outback of the dealership and had only 4.2 miles on it and still in the factory wraps as well. The MSRP was right at $47K. See sticker below.... I can only tell you there is no comparison in the two models from the 1.5L to 2.0L and Hoss suspension. It is a Black and White difference not even the same ride in quality at all. I am amazed at how the engine and trim can change a pumpkin into a dream ride.

With the employee pricing and military discounts it went from $47K to $43,335.00 and if you sell your auto in the same year you bought in it in you do not pay sales tax other then on the increase value in North Carolina. I also negotiated the Ford ESP Trie Protection Plus Plan for 4 years full replacement including rotors, pad, rim, tire early ware, and all road hazards with no deductible free, so that's an extra $750 off. With dealer offer of 4 free oil changes and tire rotations as well this dealer offers that on all Ford they sell new.

I have a new girl friend for sure she is a keeper.......:)

Even though we prefer white cars (if you live in AZ, you know), we went with Desert Sand; it just looks more “right” to me given the body lines. Same with sun/moon roofs. A total non-starter for me.

You got a banger deal. Congrats!

That’s more than a a “few minor manufacturing defects”, that’s a total failure in QC as well as the dealer gundecking the PDI. I’d be going medieval and VERY public if it weren’t addressed immediately and completely.

I can only hope @Ford Motor Company will read this and help me as well, but now days no one cares. I will wait to see the response. My fault taking delivery in full sun with no ability to see this I only have 45.3 miles and owned it 14 hours picked it up today.

Made in America is no longer made in America. I am so sad. I saved up and served for years to get this now.......my hard work is gone???????? Even got a Vet. discount that made me feel good buying USA product what a dishonest ploy, my factory sticker says MFG point Hermosillow...thats in Mexico. Wow, this hit me like a BRICK.

Being completely honest, the fact that the Bronco Sports and Mavericks are both assembled in Mexico and have been since their introduction is common knowledge. The plant in Hermosillo is, however, a Ford plant with union workers and under direct oversight by Ford. Same for the Canadian Ford plants.

I don’t think the plant location is the issue; you could have ended up with the same defects if it were from the Louisville plant. Besides, there are no truly “American” cars anymore, and haven’t been for decades.

Defects are defects. How it got delivered to you in that condition and how they attempt to resolve them are the only issues at hand.

Have a cold one, try to remember that it’s not the worst thing that can happen in life, and attack it fresh in the morning. Stay frosty, shipmate.

@Putter Boy Ford Motor Company no longer monitors this forum

if I were you I’d try to first return the vehicle to the dealership you purchased from

if that doesn’t work .., the elevation process to resolution is in the owners manual
Thank you fro the advice and grounding.

Be sure to keep us updated. This is a pretty connected community, and there’s a lot of collective experience and knowledge.

And obvious as it may sound, document everything. Dates, times, names, photos, videos, audio. You may not need it, but if you do it’ll be worth its weight in gold.

Will do, and thank you for the feed back. Maybe I will focus on my tractors instead. Perfect fit and finish from Japan. LOL
