Im curious what do you use the keypad for? I have it but have never used it.
On the 23 it should be in the door pillar. The keypad is used to unlock or lock without the key fob.

I lock my keys, and wallet in my car when I'm walking in the park, at the city pool, beach, or amusement/water park.
I carry other identification (id bracelet, dog tag, or id card), and a small amount of cash where needed, such as for the amusement/water park.
After a day's activities, use the keypad to enter the car and retrieve my wallet and keys and head home.

Yes. Lock it with the keypad, bottom 2 buttons pushed simultaneously.
Put the key in a Faraday / EMF protective case for added protection.

So at a Bronco Nation meet-up we were chatting about features we'd like to see on BS-BL's. I was complaining about the lack of a driver position grip for entry/exit. Turns out that it WAS on the BS 1st Edition, but swiftly deleted. I'd like to point out to the cost-cutters at Ford that it's handy for bigger drivers--AND it's something that other vehicles who are direct competitors (e.g. Subaru Forester) have. Please consider adding it back in.

Thanks for the well wishing. My Cardiologist called me yesterday to confirm that he wants me in the office Monday morning.
In the meantime, my Badlands is in the garage sitting on the battery maintainer, just begging me to go for a drive. :)
New car, new battery, never know the state of charge, so it's been my habit to put a new battery on a trickle charger when I first get it.
Update : the cardiologist scheduled me for an appointment 2 weeks from now. If you're wondering, I was diagnosed with Afib some 2 years ago, but never really had any issues until last Friday when I had a severe episode: rapid heartbeat, and unable to catch my breath. necessitating me to call 911.
Some of you may have seen Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's TV commercial that he was diagnosed with Afib. It's not usually life threatening but can restrict physical activities.
I too have AFib and am on blood thinner Pradaxa, as well as metoprolol (low dose) for 3 years now. I recently started wearing a Samsung watch6 that informs me when it detects AFib. I pray you get your AFib back under control and avoid any more emergency room visits. Before I was diagnosed, I never knew that the symptoms I experienced were heart related! I thought it was just heartburn or acid indigestion. BTW, my 2024 BB does not have the instrument panel cover passenger side or under hood insulation, but it does have an AGM battery!
