My final two cents on this...

Yes... I'm still going to take delivery when it arrives. But I strongly dislike this "corner cutting". It's just more clutter for the infotainment screen designed like that... Two temps and a third in the middle for outdoor temp, da fuq? They sort of just look slapped in there... They could redesign the layout a little better in my opinion, its just software. I'm sorry but the knobs having the temps is far more intuitive. Not a deal breaker by any means, just a downgrade.

My husband's Jeep is set up like this, so I'm hoping I'll get used to it since I see his car like that all the time. Only difference is I'm pretty sure his temps all show on the Android Auto screen. Oh well.

I'm really not sure what the engine cover craze is. I'll gladly ship mine to someone if mine happens to have one.

As for the temps... So now the only way to know what temp you're set on is to turn the dial so it pops up? Then it goes away? LAME.

In my Lincoln Corsair the temp for each side is always showing in the left and right corners of the infotainment screen. Perhaps a Forscan tweak at some point?
