Just received an email to take this survey. Inclined not to bother. Does anyone have any experience with this survey? Is it about the vehicle experience or buying experience or both?

I've been receiving these emails as well. I haven't responded b/c even though they look Ford-ish or Ford affiliated my spidey sense tells me something ain't right.

Usually when I get a survey from a survey taker that is not the company itself the company had previously sent a heads-up. No heads-up from Ford for these so no reply from me.

I don't know anything about this survey but it may be 100% sponsored by Ford.

The company I work for uses a third party company to administer our surveys. I haven't taken one in a long time but I think it has our logo on the website.

I am not planning to reply either. Even if it is legit I feel like my responses would not make a difference. Also I learned long ago that if you can't give straight 5's on everything than in this case the selling dealer would get a fail. So if I try to be honest (never got straight 5's on my evaluation) these companies consider the survey as a fail in customer service, etc. My impression is they really don't want you to be honest which for me would be something less than a perfect survey because there is always room for improvement.
