@KidWiff Do you have the paperwork for the infotainment system software update? Does it state specifically what was installed? Does it show Customer Satisfaction Program 24B47 ?
Well.... the recall and infotainment update were handled the day of the CDk cyberattack so, all i have is hand scribbled receipt on some dealer form that notes the recall number and infotainment update were completed - nothing else. I've called a couple of times, as instructed, to request the "real" paperwork but they still don't have it available.

Whoops... thought i included that... build 23188
Do you also have factory navigation? Are you on NA 2 23 maps?

I would unpair Ford Pass app. Unpair your phones. Perform a Master Reset from the settings menu.

Pair your phones and pair the Ford Pass app.

Nope, No Nav package. I'll try the unpair. I'm leery of a reset (what does it reset to?) but if all else fails, maybe i'll give that a go. Thanks!

No reason whatsoever to be concerned. It simply returns SYNC to factory settings. If you have any phones paired you'll have to pair them again. Before doing so I recommend clearing the cache on your phone.
