Long story short. As much as I loved the Mercedes convertible, it isn't exactly practical. Traded it on a nice, low mileage 22 Badlands, 22,000 kms. Wife likes geo caching and berry picking so the Sport works really well for her.
I also got rid of the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. That's another story for another time.😁

Were you the Guy with the Santa Fe that the transmission took a crap at 5,000 miles? Although I did get rid of My 2023 BS BB and got a 2025 XLT AWD Maverick with the 2.0 EB but i still get on this sight every night.Congrats on Your 22 Badlands.

Nice Maverick! My brother bought one, loves it.
Yes I had a 24 Santa Fe Ultimate Calligraphy. Ultimately it crapped out.
They came up with a solution that included us signing an NDA. Not sure if I'm breaching it by telling you this much.🤣 Glad to be back.

I also love the Maverick and it was cheaper than the BS which the MSRP was $33,135.00 and the Maverick MSRP was $31,510.00 and is AWD with the 2.0 EB 4 cylinder and not a 1.5 EB 3 Cylinder. The BS BB never left me down but had some glitches Fuel Gauge that would no longer register full, Bad Rattles in the Dash that were driving me crazy, system off to save battery would come up a couple times a week in cold weather. And all the recalls but not one for the battery which I think should have had a recall. FWIW I had no bad things to say about the transmission and engine in the 6,600 miles especially with the JMS Pedal Max.

Our BL was good overall. Biggest pet peeve was the hood vibration, it looked like it was going to separate itself from the vehicle eventually haha. This one is rock solid.
Recalls and quality concerns seem to on the rise across almost all industries. The RV horror stories are incredible too.
Everyone still blaming supply chain issues 🙄
I believe it's "maximize bottom line" issues at the cost quality. Short term thinking imo.
Happy motoring!
