Once again, the elementary school across the street has all the kids lined up by the street giving out donuts to veterans who honk when they drive by.
All the students cheer when a veteran stops.
The fence is decorated with posters with the names of all their parents, brothers and sisters and grandparents who are veterans.
Marilyn and I saluted the kids and teachers as we got our donuts.

Just a note to all you vets not able to find an In-N-Out . . . they gave out free meals to all vets today (any burger, fries, and drink). Made my time in all worth while <lmao>.
