HRG Mid Skid ordered

I installed the JCR Skid plates and ended up cutting the ends of the skid plates instead of modifying the tank skids on the Badlands. It was easier and a saws all and grinder made the job hella easy. Hit it with a little wrinkle black and can't tell a difference.

Be aware on any underbody skid plate install, the skids plates will be rubbing on the evaporator line heading to the engine compartment and leaves the line unprotected. I damaged mine, repaired and put some metal tape around the line for now. I will replace and make a custom plate to protect the evaporator line in the future.

I just got back from getting mine installed. It was a 20 min. job, with no instructions and that includes removing the OEM Felt "skid plate" and the steel skid plate under the felt. There was a minor head scratcher, due to no instructions, on where the one mounting bracket went but he quickly realized it mounts at the rear of the HRG plate, otherwise it would be loose.

No drilling or cutting involved!
