That sucks.Went to the dealer to get started on financing and was told the rates are 5.9 for 60 and 7.9 for 72. When i asked about rates when it was ordered they said that doesn't apply to dealer orders which the limited is. What is irritating is that was not explain by Ford at all. They made out like you can go in and order a limited which we did but then after the fact changed them to "dealer order."
This would explain why the order date on my paper work and the Ford tracker didnt match. Its as if Ford canceled all the limited orders and just told dealers you get what you get and the date on the tracker is when Ford put the order in for my dealer.
Has anyone else that bought a limited able to lock in a lower rate? or get any incentives?
Essentially, that is exactly what they did with the Limited in early January (see other threads on the topic). I know this may sound curt, but if you got the car and at the locked in price, then losing the rate is better than most Limited orderers. Mainly, you got the vehicle. Its as if Ford canceled all the limited orders and just told dealers you get what you get and the date on the tracker is when Ford put the order in for my dealer.

How many months was your loan?Essentially, that is exactly what they did with the Limited in early January (see other threads on the topic). Lastly, and I apologize that I am a broken record on this, if the dealership does not have a special rate, then you should get car loans from your credit union. They always have good rates (4.19% here as of this morning and I got 3.99% when my bank was 6.25%).
According to Tim Bartz the other night, sounds about right. Badlands and Unlimited's have constraints due to the front camera.Well this was unexpected today since I ordered yesterday.

60 months. Credit unions are an affiliated group of members and for most purposes, you would consider it like a bank. But since you are (theoretically) saving and borrowing from each other, the savings rates and loan rates are better, as well as credit cards, lower fees, etc. Also, many cc’s will not do mortgages. How many months was your loan?
Always wanted to used a credit union but they require memberships? Im not super familiar with credit unions and how they work.
I know you mistyped but I like it! I think I will start calling my Limited an Unlimited!… Badlands and Unlimited's …

I didn't catch that. I was expecting it to be quick, but not in 21 hours from making the order the day before. Since my Maverick got scheduled for the same week hopefully they show up at the same time.According to Tim Bartz the other night, sounds about right. That was the whole reason we ordered one. Our dealer has an identical Heritage enroute to them as our order, but no assist. If it had it, we'd just buy it here in a few days when it arrives. Really want the assist though.I wonder if adaptive cruise is a constraint you do not see very many dealer ordered Broncos with it
The adaptive cruise is a must for the wife. That was the whole reason we ordered one. Our dealer has an identical Heritage enroute to them as our order, but no assist. If it had it, we'd just buy it here in a few days when it arrives. Really want the assist though.
Agreed. Lotta shitty drivers around here anymore. I want any safety things I can add for her.The adaptive cruise is a must for the wife.
